Business Development Manager

Direct Response is currently searching for a Business Development Manager to join our award winning Telecoms team.

You need to have at least 3 years' experience working in the Telecoms Industry as you will be selling a range of telecom services to both existing and new customers. These services include VOIP, Hosted and fixed line phone systems, IP Data, Mobile and NGN numbers. Ideally you will be from a solutions sales background with unified communications.

The ideal candidate will have passion and be a specialist in at least one or more of the following areas: Hosted phone systems, Mobiles, VOIP, NGNs and Data.

Our target market is SME/ Enterprise businesses. You will work from a combination of leads provided for you as well as those you have sourced yourself.

We are a solution selling business and sell bespoke products and services dependent on our customers' need which ensures the need for a consultative sales manner with knowledge of unified communications.

Account Manager

Permanent

Direct Response is searching for an experienced Account
Manager to join our award winning and expanding team. We have a strong foot
hold in the UK telecoms market and Call Centre services with many household
names part of our impressive customer base.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for hitting
personal and team targets in a daily customer environment reporting directly to
the Director of Telecoms. You will be working closely with the BDM's, product
managers and customer support team to ensure go lives are seamless and customer
requirements are managed and met. You will also be liaising and interacting
with all Direct Response internal and external customers and partners.

 

This role will also involve upselling and cross selling to
existing customers across the Telco and Call Centre portfolio and the retention
of new business. It will be expected that you call through your base once a
month and perform an account cycle and 'intel' call.

You will be tasked with hitting monthly and annual targets
being £4,000 per calendar month and 99.5% retention of existing business
(currently at 99%).

In this role, you will liaise and interact with all our internal
and external customers and partners.

Sales Manager

Direct Response is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager
for our award winning Telecoms and Call Centre teams.

The Sales Manager will initially take on a team of 5 sales
consultants with the idea of expanding the team and also aiding the Sales Director
with remotely managing a team outside of London.

The Sales Manager will also be tasked with engaging the
customers from acquisitions and mergers.

We are a solution selling business and sell bespoke products
and services dependent on our customer's need which ensures the need for a
consultative sales manner with knowledge of unified communications.

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the
management, quality assurance, results, training, drive, and inspiration of
company. You will be involved in key business decisions, and implementation of
strategy and overall performance of company sales.

The Sales Manager will also assist the Managing Director and
Sales and Marketing Director in negotiations and QA of the supply chain
management relating to sales and marketing issues and products.
