What number can I have my 0800 number pointed to?

0800 numbers are 'virtual' meaning they can be pointed to any UK landline or mobile number. We can even set routing functionality should you require the number to point to different locations at different times of the day.

Can I choose my own number?

Absolutely, we have a huge database of Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze numbers available. You can browse a reserve your number immediately.

How long will it take to connect my 0800 number?

We will connect your number within the same working day if reserved before 3:00pm (Mon-Fri). All reservation made after 3:00pm will be connect by the close of the next working day.

Will the 0800 number affect the number that it points to?

No you can still use your landline number to make outgoing calls as normal. If you want to ensure your inbound calls are uninterrupted we can help you install additional phone lines

Can my overseas customers dial my 0800 number?

Unfortunately not, some overseas networks don't allow calls to be made to UK 0800 numbers. If you would like to offer your international customers a Freephone number try checking out our International Freephone Numbering
