Date And Time Change Instructions

Samsung - All models

Bosch I33E & Duo

  1. Using a display handset dial *48 to enter programming
  2. Use the down arrow on the handset to scroll down to Date / Time and press Enter
  3. Reset the Date and Time following the format on the screen
  4. Use the down arrow to scroll down to End
  5. Use the Break key to exit programming or lift the handset and replace it to exit programming

Ericsson BP50 & BP250

  1. *00#
  2. Select System Programming

Ericsson BP Select

  1. Press hold
  2. Dial * 1234
  3. Push down the cursor key (this is the second key in from the left on the second row of buttons below the screen)
  4. Push until display says "Command Number"
  5. Dial 01 then push down the cursor key
  6. Enter the Date i.e. 01
  7. Enter the month i.e. 01
  8. Enter the year i.e. 2000
  9. Enter the day i.e 1 for Sunday, 2 for Monday, 3 for Tuesday etc...
  10. Enter the Time i.e. 09:30
  11. Push down the cursor key
  12. Push the SPK button
  13. Telephone will return to normal display

Plessey GPT DXE

FROM EXTENSION 10 OR OPERATOR POSITION

  1. Ensure all lines are idle
  2. Lift handset and listen for dialling tone
  3. Dial set shift *7 HHMM (correct time in 24 hour clock) set
  4. Replace handset

Plessey GPT PKS1

  1. Press WR
  2. Press Clock
  3. Press # for PM if required
  4. HHMM
  5. Press * #
  6. Press WR

  1. Lift handset
  2. Press Save and Clock
  3. Dial the Year i.e. 2003 followed by the *
  4. Dial the Month and Day i.e. 0401 then *
  5. Dial the day i.e. 1 for Monday then *

  7. Dial * then replace the handset

AT A DISPLAY HANDSET PRESS AND HOLD DOWN THE RS BUTTON

  1. Press Clock

  3. Dial the four digit time i.e. 0930
  4. Release the RS button

AT EXTENSION 10 ONLY WHEN THE EXTENSION IS IDLE

  1. Lift the name card covering the DSS keys (F1-F16)
  2. Press the WR button with a pen or pencil
  3. Press the clock key

    Press the * Key

  5. After 10 seconds the new time will appear on all display phones. Replace the name card.

Siemens HiCom 100 Series

WITH A DISPLAY HANDSET PLUGGED INTO THE FIRST EXTENSION (USUALLY 20 OR 200)

  1. Press Service
  2. Press Hold
  3. Dial 756
  4. Press Service
  5. Dial 9 * 04 *
  6. Dial the hours (00-23) followed by *
  7. Dial the minutes (00-59) followed by *
  8. Lift and replace the handset

Siemens ISDX/Realitis

On Operator console:

  1. Dial # # # 2
  2. Enter time HHMM (24 our format)
  3. Press RLSE

Siemens Hipath 3000

With the Handset down:

  1. Dial *95
  2. 31994 tick
  3. 31994 tick
  4. 52 tick
  5. HHMM (24hr) tick
  6. Press speaker key

HiCom Office v1.0 or HiCom 112 & 118

MUST BE DONE FROM EITHER OF THE FIRST TWO KEYPHONES ON THE SYSTEM. YOU MUST HAVE DISPLAY PHONES PLUGGED IN

  1. With the handset down dial *95 and press the tick key
  2. At system administrator menu dial 2
  3. And press the tick Key
  4. Dial the new time in HHMM format and then press the tick key
  5. Press the speaker or release key to return to normal operation

HiCom Office v2.2

MUST BE DONE FROM EITHER OF THE FIRST TWO KEYPHONES ON THE SYSTEM. YOU MUST HAVE DISPLAY PHONES PLUGGED IN

  1. With the handset down dial *95
  2. At user prompt dial *95 and press the tick key
  3. At Ident / password prompt press the tick key
  4. At system admin user screen dial 12 and press the tick key
  5. Now dial the new time in HHMM
  6. Press the speaker key to go back to normal operation

Meridian Modular / Compact

PLACE THE PROGRAMMING OVERLAY ON ANY M7310 OR M7324 HANDSET.

  1. Press feature ** 23646
    The Display will now read password
  2. Enter the administration password. (23646)
    The Display will now read 1.Sys Speed Dial
  3. Press Next until the display reads "3.Time and Date"
  4. Press Show
  5. The Display will now read reads "Time"
  6. Press Change
    The Display reads "Hour"
  7. Press Change
  8. Enter the hour HH (12 or 24 Hour format)
  9. Press Next
    The Display Reads "Minutes"
  10. Press Change
  11. Enter The Minutes MM
  12. Press Next
  13. Press Change to toggle between Am and Pm then Press release to exit.

Meridian Modular / Compact Plus

Place the programming overlay on extension 221 (or lowest extension number if you do not have an extension 221) and use an M7310 or M7324 handset

  1. Press feature ** 266344
    The Display will now read password
  2. Enter the administration password. (23646) The Display will now read "Terminals and Extns"
  3. Press Next until the display reads "Time and Date"
  4. Press Show
    The Display reads "Time"
  5. Press Change The Display reads "Hour"
  6. Press Change
  7. Enter the hour HH (12 or 24 Hour format)
  8. Press Next
    The Display Reads "Minutes"
  9. Press Change
  10. Enter The Minutes MM
  11. Press Next
  12. Press Change to toggle between AM and PM then Press release to exit

    The above is the overlay for the M7310 and M7324 handsets. It is placed over the keys that are lit when in programming mode.

    The above here shows the key layout for the new version handsets M7310N and M7324N mainly used on the Norstar Plus.

    The latest Norstar Plus has a short cut to advance/retard the clock by one hour so it may be worth trying the following from extension 221.

    Feature **393 to more clock forward 1 hour
    Feature **2225 to move clock back 1 hour

Nortel Option and CS1000 Systems

To change the time, follow these steps:

  1. Select an idle loop key.
  2. Press Change Time (MTM).
  3. Enter the time using the 24-hour clock for hours and minutes (00 00).
  4. Press Change Time (MTM).
  5. Press Rls.
    To change the date, follow these steps:
  6. Select an idle loop key.
  7. Press Change Date (MDT).
  8. Enter the date using two digits for day, month, and year (dd mm yy).
  9. Press Change Date.
  10. Press Rls.

Panasonic 'A' Series

  1. Push the on / off button
  2. Dial * 5
  3. Dial the hours HH (09)
  4. Dial the minutes mm (59)
  5. Push the on / off button

Panasonic ICX / S-ICX

Uses Any Ext with appropriate class of service, enter the following.

  1. Set Memory Switch on back of phone to "Program"

  3. Enter Year, last two digits i.e.99

This system will get its time from the PC running the Manager program or  from the Time server IP Address which can be any pc on the network.

Nortel BCM

This system obtains the date & Time from the PC used to program the system and cannot be set by the customer.

FROM MAIN PHONE USUALLY EXT 10 

  1. With handset down
  2. Press intercom 652 
  3. Enter time HH / MM / SS 
  4. Press the redial button (if your phone does not have redial button, press the # instead)
  5. Press spk.

Toshiba DK280

FROM MAIN PHONE USUALLY EXT 200 

  1. With handset down
  2. Dial internal #652 
  3. Enter time HH / MM / SS 
  4. Press redial 
  5. Press spk.

Mitel SX50 / SX20 / SX10

Time 24 HH Clock

  1. Using the Console dial *15 (On the SX50 the Function key does the same as the *) 
  2. Enter the time in 24HH format 
  3. Press Release on the Console 
  4. Use the Break key to exit programming or lift the handset and replace it to exit programming

Time 24 HH Clock

  1. Using the Console dial *14 (On the SX50 the Function key does the same as the *) 
  2. Enter the time in 24HH format  
  3. Enter the time in 24HH format  
  4. Press Release on the Console 

Mitel SX200

To Change Time 

  1. Using the console dial *5 followed by HHMM 
  2. If using 12HH format follow HHMM with a * for PM 
  3. Press Release on the Console

To Change Date

  1. Using the Console dial *15 followed by the date in the format mm DD YY 
  2. Press Release on the Console

Mitel SX2000

  1. Log into SX2000
  2. Type the following commands for date or time changes
  3. Time hh:mm (e.g. time 14:44) or Date yyyy-mmm-dd (e.g. Date 2008-07-15)
  4. The data or time will now be set

Mitel 3300

  1. Log into 3300
  2. Select the group admin tool
  3. Under manage system options they have a 'set time and date' option, select this option.
  4. Fill in the change time and change date boxes
  5. Click OK

LG GDK

From the attendant phone (dial 0 from any phone to find this)  
Press the trans/pgm key
Dial  #1  and then enter date YY: MM: DD (IE. 110118 for 18th Jan 2011) 
Then enter the time HH:MM, 
Press the HOLD key.

LG GSX

From station 100 dial Recall key, 
dial 299 
YY:MM:DD:HH:MM.

BT Inspiration

  1. From the programming position extn 20, press the Phone setup key P and select 'System programming' by use of the arrow keys.
  2. Enter the PIN 1111 and select 'System' 
  3. Select Time and Date and enter the correct time and date
  4. Press HANDS FREE.

    In the event of a power failure, you may need to reset the time and date.

BT Revelation

  1. From the programming position (Extension 20), dial 70 followed by the system PIN 111.
  2. The Systemphone shows Dial admin code. Dial the admin code 4.
  3. Enter the time in 24-hour format and press # (for example, enter 5.00 pm as 1700).
  4. Enter the date in the format DDMMYY and press # (for example, enter 9 March 2001 as 090302)
  5. Press HANDS FREE.

    In the event of a power failure, you will need to reset the time and date as the time shown will be 00:00 and the date shown will be 01-01-95.

BT Versatility

  1. From the Programming Extension, press the PROGRAMME Key
  2. Press the Scroll Down Key (î) until 'System programming' is displayed
  3. Select 'System programming'
  4. Enter the System Programming Password 1111 and select 'System'.
  5. Select 'Time and date'.
  6. Enter the correct time in 24-hour format, (e.g. 2pm as 1400). The 'Display' will prompt for a date
  7. If you only wish to set the time select 'Confirm' and the 'Display' will revert to the Idle Menu.
  8. Enter the date in dd/mm/yy format, (e.g. 10 December 1999 as 101299). When the date has been entered the 'Display' will revert to the Idle Menu.<
  9. Press the Hands-free Key to finish programming.

Note: In the event of a power failure, you will need to reset the time and date.

Note: Changes to the system Time will only take place when any external calls in progress at that time have cleared.

Note: If the Network Provider supplies the Caller Number 'Display' service (CDS) the system will take the time from the network provider.
